The way we work.


Option 1:

Choose a creation directly from the gallery.

We will go over the details of the creation with you to ensure you will be entirely satisfied.

If we have a hat box of the right size in stock we will tag and ship the creation to you on a mutually agreed date by next day/signed for delivery. If we don’t have a hat box in the correct size, there will be a delay of up to 10 days.

Upon receipt of your creation, we ask you to check it thoroughly to ensure it has arrived safely, for fit and suitability.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please do not remove the tag, contact us and we will walk you through the returns process. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns.

When the creation is returned to us, we will arrange a refund.

Option 2:

You have an idea of your own or like something in the gallery but not the colour, shape or embellishments.

Contact us on 07923 906 505 or email us on: fortheoccasion2021@gmail.com

An appointment will be set up to discuss your choices by phone or

video call.

A decision will be made, and an agreement reached on costs regarding your choices, this may take more than one discussion.

An email will be sent to you confirming the agreed choices and costs. Samples where possible will be forwarded to you for your approval.

When a final decision is made by you, full payment will be taken and the process will start to design your creation. Depending on what embellishments you decide upon, this process can take up to 6 weeks.

Images will be shared during the creation process if you would like to see your creation come together.

When complete, your creation will be boxed and a mutually agreeable delivery date arranged.

Unless damaged during transit, bespoke creations cannot be returned.
