Terms & Conditions

The information you supply will only be used to fulfil your order and will not be released to any outside parties. You will not be contacted in the future for marketing purposes or offers if you make a purchase. We believe if our Clients are happy with our creations they will return.

Our Website.

FortheOccasion.co.uk - allows you viewing purposes only. You must not download, duplicate or modify it in any way, use it to resale its contents or other commercial purpose or re-use/send, that would be considered unlawful activity etc.

All images are owned by Alison Wallis of alisonwallisphotography.com, with full usage rights to 'For the Occasion...' and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright law.

If for some unfortunate reason you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement of copyright, please contact us.

Our Contract and Delivery.

When you place an order to purchase a creation from us, be it from our Gallery or a bespoke commission, we will send you an email confirming your purchase along with a Pro Forma invoice. Your right to cancel a Contract starts from the date of your confirmation email relating to that Contract and ends 14 days after the date of delivery. A delivery date will be agreed up front prior to commencement of order. We will keep you informed of the status of your order and when it will be shipped. All creations are supplied in their own hat box to keep them safe. Whilst we endeavour to have the right size box to hand, this is not always possible, so even gallery purchases can take up to 2 weeks to deliver. The package will be sent on a ‘Signed for’ basis.

Our made to order/Bespoke Design.

Where possible and if needed, The aim will be to take you through a step-by-step process (time permitting), from initial discussion, to supply of material samples and photographic stages of the Design process. Please be aware this is a non-refundable/non-returnable process.

Our Prices.

All creations displayed on our website are VAT exempt but do not include delivery.

Payment.

Bank Transfer only and payable prior to order being shipped on gallery creations and prior to the start of bespoke commissions. A pro forma invoice will be supplied with confirmation of order by email.

Returns policy

Supply of goods and services act.

Your Hat has been packaged so that it should arrive in pristine condition. Please inspect your hat carefully and notify us within 24 hours of any defects or damage. We will either try to rectify the problem or please return the hat within 14 days for a full refund. Please keep your creation in the box provided, every effort has been made to ensure the design is safe but enough force could dislodge something, so please keep small hands and paws away.

You have 30 days to reject the hat if not of satisfactory quality, as described or unfit for purpose.

The Hat will be tagged. If the tagged label is removed, it means you are entirely happy with your creation and our returns policy has been revoked.

Any made to order design is non-refundable/non-returnable.
