1. HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your booking and this will be deducted from the total balance of your order.
2. IS THERE A DELIVERY AND COLLECTION FEE?
A delivery and collection fee may apply depending on the location.
3. WILL THE CHAIR COVERS FIT THE CHAIRS AT MY CHOSEN VENUE?
Our standard chair covers fit most banqueting chairs, we also provide larger chair covers for hotels and we will always visit new venues to ensure that we provide the correct size chair cover.
4. WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?
Our chair covers are made from the highest quality premium polyester. We always ensure our chair covers are washed and ironed before every event and are transported in nylon bags. The sashes are made from organza or taffeta.
5. WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK?
The earlier the better to avoid disappointment. We try to accommodate everyone, our recommended time is at least 6 months before your chosen date. Late bookings can be accommodated but we do suggest no later than one month to ensure all items you require are in stock.
6. WHEN IS THE PAYMENT REQUIRED?
Full payment is required in cleared funds 2 weeks prior to delivery.
7. WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can make payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Please note that if payment is made by cheque, this must clear 2 weeks prior to the function date. If a bank transfer is preferred then please email info@fortheoccasion.co.uk and our bank details will be provided.
8. HOW LONG BEFORE OUR EVENT BEGINS DO YOU ARRIVE TO SET UP?
Depending on the venue and the decor you are having, we will arrive at least 6 hours prior to set up. We will also be there to dismantle and collect at the end of the event. This allows you to enjoy your special day stress free.
9. HOW MANY CHAIR COVERS WILL I NEED?
We make an allowance as to the amount of chair covers that are required. We appreciate that the number of guests change from the time of booking till the venue date. Final numbers are required 3 weeks prior to the function date.
